It's been said that it is better to build children than to repair adults. Here at Living Word, our children get the foundation and tools they need to avoid cultural pitfalls and soar into God's highest and best for their lives. After all, kids are not the church of tomorrow—KIDS ARE THE CHURCH OF TODAY!

Our commitment to our children is reflected in everything we do. Starting with security; we provide a safe environment by obtaining a thorough background check on every volunteer and by providing each family with a pager when their child is checked in to a classroom. We want every part of the church to be excellent, but we always try to put our children’s ministries first, giving them the best we can offer. The rooms are themed and inviting. The lessons are FUN, age-appropriate and challenge kids to grow in their walk with God. The teachers are committed adults who care about each child. We want the children’s areas to be the kind of place kids WANT to bring their friends. We don’t think of it as a baby-sitting service. We are training future men and women of God to make a difference in their world.
