What is Twitter?
Twitter is a free social networking service that allows family and friends to stay connected through real-time updates that answer the question: "What are you doing?" Updates to Twitter are called tweets and are confined to 140 characters. Twitter can be used online and can also be synced to your phone for easy updates on the go.
Please Note: Twitter is free via the internet, but using SMS (Short Message Service) for phone updates may incur service provider fees, depending on your phone plan.
How do I get started?
The first step is to create your own Twitter profile. Once you are on Twitter, you can follow the LWFC Profile Page for all the latest updates. You can also make regular updates to your own profile page and connect with other LWFC attendees by following their pages and allowing them to follow yours.
What can I post?
LWFC followers on Twitter will be monitored regularly, and we ask that all participants observe our Twitter guidelines. Inappropriate content, photos, language, or negative critiques (whether personal or general) will not be tolerated. The LWFC profile on Twitter is for the purpose of social networking and is not the proper format for people to promote their business or political agendas or to promote or raise funds for special causes.

Whether you are a longtime user or new to this application, Facebook is a great way to interact with others in our church family.
How do I get started?
The first step is to create your own Facebook account. This is free and easy to do. Facebook requires a valid e-mail address in order to register. Once you have registered, you can join the Living Word Family Church Fan Page and invite other LWFC attendees to do the same.
