Checking In Your Children

Checking In with Fellowship One

We’d like to give you a quick overview of Fellowship One, our new touch-screen self-check-in system.

Use the touch screen keyboard to type in your last name, or the last four digits of your phone number and touch the SEARCH button.  Your family’s name will appear on the left and a list of the members of your family will appear in the middle of the screen.  Touch the name buttons to select which children you will check in.  Then touch NEXT.

The first child’s screen will appear.  On the left is a list of services.  You’ll notice that the adult services are listed separately from the children’s services, in case your children will be sitting in the main service with you.  Touch the appropriate buttons to indicate which services your children will be attending and the buttons will change color.  The middle list shows which groups they belong to: babies, preschool, elementary, or volunteers.  The next column shows all the rooms in that group.  The system checks each child’s age and automatically recommends the appropriate group and room.  If everything is correct touch NEXT.  The screen will automatically advance to the next child.  Repeat this process for each child.

If you need additional labels for things like diaper bags, touch Print Asset Tag to print those labels.  When all your children are entered, touch Print Tags at the top.  The system will print out labels like these for each child for each service they will attend.  Put the labels on each child and take the printed security receipt with you to the classrooms.  Hang on carefully to your receipt, as you will need it to pick up your children after service.

We hope this tutorial is helpful to you.  If you have questions when you arrive, we will have friendly and helpful attendants at each station to help you.  We look forward to seeing you and your children at church soon.
