I'm New Here
First Time at Living Word Family Church?
Look for the area designated for children’s check-in. We will meet your family and check your child into our database system. Once your family is checked in, one of our volunteers will be happy to show you the age appropriate room we have created for your child.
We will ask for the following personal information: family member names, children’s names and birth dates, family address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.
You and your child will be given matching security stickers that have a 3 digit code exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will wear the name tag portion of your matching stickers. During checkout, you will return to your child’s room and show your matching code in order for your child to be released back to you.
A Special Note
If for some reason your child were to need you during a service, your family’s 3 digit code and first 3 letters of the child's name will appear on the screen in the sanctuary. We ask that you exit the sanctuary immediately and return to the napleskids area. A children's service coordinator will work with you to remedy the situation.
Lost Sticker
If you lose your portion of the security sticker, please go directly to the children’s check-in area. Be ready to show your Drivers License as we will need to verify your identification. Sorry, but “Hey, you know me,” is not appropriate as we are dealing with the safety of a child. We will then issue a “Lost Tag” pass.
What Should I Expect When I Return to Living Word Family Church?
As you arrive, your first stop should be at one of our self check-in stations where a friendly volunteer will help you if needed. Our self check-in stations open 30 minutes prior to the start of each service. You will use the last 4 digits of your phone number or your last name to locate your family in our database. After finishing the check-in process, you will receive a set of stickers with a new security code for you and for your child. Bring your child to his/her room, and go enjoy the adult service.
